My 3-Step program is designed to be SIMPLE and EASY for you AND we can tackle lots of life’s problems that might be holding you back.

When you work with me you’ll:

🎉 Stop feeling crappy and start feeling better by getting a hold on what’s going on in your HEART and in your HEAD.

🎉 Find out who you are now that you’re not parenting 24/7.

🎉 Discover what you want from your life now.

During my 1st YEAR as an empty nester I got coached and found my new purpose.

Then I went out and ⬇️

🔥 started a business.

🔥 stopped waiting to be involved in my kids’ lives and got involved in my life.

🔥 rekindled my romance with my bride

AND

🔥 took two weeks off to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and go on safari.

❌ You DON’T have to start a business, climb a mountain, go on safari or have romance in your life.

✅ You DO have to want to get involved in your own life — to feel better and do more.

When we work together I’ll help you FEEL BETTER.

I’ll teach you the SAME STEPS that helped me create a life I love.

When we’re done you’ll create a life YOU love.

My SIMPLE 3-Steps to Loving Your Life program is a complete toolkit developed from my own journey.

The best part?

My program will help you love your life again in HALF the time it took me.

Dear Empty Nester,

Empty nesting is funny. You know it's coming, you can see it far off in the distance and on the inside you say to yourself "I've got plenty of time." Then the day arrives and it catches you off guard and puts you off balance.

When your friends or family ask you "How is it?" it is way too easy for you to respond "It's great!" or "I love it!" or "It's all good." when on the inside you are feeling lost, alone, sad, and left wondering what happens now?

But how is it, really?

For you it is tough. You feel isolated. You are connected to your kids in a way that goes beyond being a parent. You lived your life for them and gave them your all and in an instant they are gone leaving you hoping things will get better.

When you make the time and space to rediscover yourself, to leverage your strengths, to reconnect with the world around you, it begins your journey away from that isolation and silent suffering. You slowly acknowledge, accept and  peel away layers of sadness, guilt, worry, and wondering. Space opens allowing you to identify and achieve the things you want to do in life. You gain the freedom to put into action the things you've always wanted to do.

Things begin to feel better and easier.

From experience, I know this isn't work you can do sitting with your thoughts and hoping it will get better. You deserve a mirror. You need a guide along this new path. Everyday, I get up thinking about empty nesters and their journeys. Every day I learn new ways to help people just like you. I have gathered the wisdom of others during my own journey, and will teach you how to understand your thoughts and manage your emotions. I will walk hand in hand with you along your journey pointing out the pitfalls and lifting you up when you need it. Each step of the way you will gain momentum for the next step forward. It has been my privilege to walk this journey with others before you and to learn from their journeys so that you are not alone in yours.

How is it, really?

Our work together will allow you to answer that question from a place of thriving in your new chapter, not from a place of surviving the experience.

Cheers,
